Chef Fregz is no stranger in the Nigerian food scene and is arguably one of the top chefs we have in Nigeria.
The good chef was one of the vendors at the recently concluded First Bank 'Fiesta of Flavours' and we sought him out to speak on several issues including his all-time favourite soup.
"Oha soup is one of my all-time favourite soups" he revealed. Gbegiri and soup also made the list of favourite Nigerian soups.
In describing why gbegiri made the list, Chef Fregz revealed his love for amala, referring to it as his "sword" while jollof rice is his "breastplate"
Speaking on his plans for the future, Chef Fregz said he would be coming up with a pop-up restaurant soon, which is in a bid to make him more accessible to fans and food lovers.
