The seminar is scheduled to hold on 7th October, 2016 - the first day of the fashion week- at The Oriental Hotel, Lagos. Currently in its 5th year the Fashion Week revealed media personalities Sika Osei and Uti Nwachukwu as hosts of the fashion week.
The fashion show themed “Be Inspired” will hold on the 7th through 9th October 2016 at the Oriental hotel . African Fashion and Design Week (AFDW) is an annual fashion event that showcases the best of designers and talents across Africa.

Designers including Zizi Cardow from Nigeria, Sunny Rose from Nigeria/Thailand, Modela from Nigeria, Chocolate from Ghana, Grace Wallace from Togo, Weiz Dhurm Franklyn from Nigeria, Afriken from Ghana, Raaah from Zimbabwe/UK, Phuzion from Gambia, Gavin Rajah from South Africa are confirmed designers showcasing at the fashion event.
The aim of the seminar is to provide budding fashion entrepreneurs the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of building and maintaining a fashion brand.
