AKA, Ice Prince, Burna Boy, others entertain fans with grand performance

The 'Jealousy' rapper performed his hit tracks to an adoring and loving Nigerian crowd. He was joined by Burna Boy and Ice Prince on stage.

Yesterday, Wednesday February 4, 2015, Industry Nite at Spice Lounge welcomed its first international act of 2015, the South African rapper AKA.

It was a packed affair at Industry Nite last night as top Nigerian celebs came out to watch the crown prince of South African rap perform.

Some of the celebs in attendance were Dammy Krane, Skales, Ice Prince, Victoria Kimani, Burna Boy, DJ Jimmy Jatt, Sound Sultan, 2face Idibia, Annie Idibia, Solid Star, Tiwa Savage, Skales, Banky W and others.

AKA arrived the venue in style; in a convertible sports car driven by Burna Boy.

The show properly kicked off when rapper Eclipse two songs including his latest single 'Gentleman'.

He was followed by Loopy Records act Milli who gave off an impromptu freestyle.

Rave of the moment CDQ came on stage and performed his hit track 'Indomie'.

After the round of performances DJ Spinall did his thing by playing his hot mixes of hit tracks.

Then came the hour we had been waiting for. AKA came up on stage with a Nigerian trad top on white jeans. The white 'trad' had the Nigerian colours of green, white green.

The Price of SA Rap wasted no time in performing his hit singles'Sim Dope', 'Control', 'Run Jozi', 'Heaven' by DA L.E.S, and 'Jealousy'.

After connecting with the crowd and doing the 'shoki', AKA brought Burna Boy on stage to perform their recent collaboration 'All Eyes On Me'.

When the performance was over Burna Boy took time out to remind everyone that he is still Don Gorgon even if he is hardly in the country these days.

Next up was Ice Prince who performed 'N' Word remix with AKA.

The two rappers sang happy birthday to Tiwa Savage and hit producer Samklef.

With his energetic and vibrant performance, AKA further reinstated that he is one of Africa's elite rappers.

AKA was brought to Nigeria by Pulse.

On Monday, February 2, 2015, AKA visited the Pulse Nigeria office where he launched Pulse Radio.
