Motivation can be very difficult to come by, especially as an entrepreneur when it seems like the odds are stacked against you.

When you are thinking of a new idea, or starting a new company - it's very easy to talk yourself out of actually doing it and procrastinating instead. Or worse, avoiding your goal altogether.

Thoughts are very powerful and they can make or mar you in terms of how you approach your goals. The good thing is positive thoughts can be just as powerful in helping you accomplish what needs to be accomplished.

Next time you feel unmotivated, use any of the 15 positive thoughts listed below to motivate yourself:

1. I can do anything. It may look like a somple phrase but it serves as a reminder that you can do anything you set your heart to.

2. This is why I can. Instead of giving yourself the reasons why you can't, give yourself reasons why you can.

3. I deserve more. You deserve a better life. Work for it.

4. It's never too late. No matter how old you are or how many opportunities you may have missed, it's never too late to get a fresh start.

5. There will always be challenges. Don't be deceived. No matter what you do in life, there will always be challenges - don't let it get the better of you.

6. There is no 'perfect' time. There is no such thing as the perfect time or moment, forget about it.

7. There is no perfect plan. There will definitely be some flaws in your plan - just like there are in every plan.

13. Today is all I can control. Forget about what happened yesterday or what could happen tomorrow. Today is all that matters.

14. If it were that easy, everyone would do it. Nothing worth doing at all is easy.

15. "Someday" is today. Like most people, you may use the word "someday" to describe your goals and desires. Let today be that someday.
