Prophet Temitope B. Joshuas latest statement is quite profound.
The Guardian reports that the founder of Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) has advised African continent to stop depending on foreign donors.
According to the Man of God, this attitude is not going to help Africa's development.
He said: “I will continue to tell African continent to awake and stop depending on Western and European donors. We cannot make it by so doing, and we may not make it at the end of the day. Life is sweet and meaningful when it is about giving and take.”
T.B Joshua made this thoughtful statement during a special service for his 54th birthday. It was held at the church’s headquarters in Ikotun-Egbe, Lagos.

At the event, he used the theme, “It is time to rededicate ourselves,” to offer some advice.
The SCOAN leader said, “Let us use this period to rededicate ourselves to the service of God and humanity, especially, as the church is celebrating its birthday, because this is not my birthday, but yours.
“Therefore, we should be closer to God and do His will all the time. We should also improve the way we relate to everyone around us. It is by doing so that God will increase and multiply us in everything. So, let us rededicate ourselves.”
Over 80, 000 church members attended the birthday service.
I think we can all agree that this may be some of the best things he has ever said.
