RCCG offers much-needed advice to youths

Youths listen up, this advice from RCCG could change your life.

Pastor Enoch A. Adeboye’s church has an important message for Nigerian youths.

Vanguard reports that the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) is advising young people to flee from violence.

According to the Special Assistant to the General Overseer of RCCG on Young Adult & Youth, Pastor Peter Amenkhie-nan, the youth should also do their best to avoid evil-minded persons that want to use them to disrupt the country.

The cleric went on to encourage them to do their best once they have the opportunity, adding that they would be rewarded for their efforts.

He said: “We do not believe in aggressive agitations but result-oriented ones because no system argues on the result. Once you have the result, naturally it will open doors of opportunities for you.

“In RCCG, we emphasise that success without integrity is no achievement. We don’t have bastards in RCCG. There are pockets of people in politics who have not soiled their hands with corruption.”

“Current generation of youth should prove themselves, get the result on the table and with that, convince the older generation that they are actually ready to take the mantle of leadership in our nation.

“Once you are given the opportunity, prove your worth and that will speak for you. Be diligent in the little you are doing in your corner or your space of influence and be consistent, very soon your testimony will spread, somebody, will spot you and recommend you.”
