Pastor Adeboye rains curses on Boko Haram for refusing to release Christian girl

Pastor Enoch Adeboye rains curse on Boko Haram for

The terrorists released 104 schoolgirls on March 21, 2018, leaving 15-year-old Leah Sharibu in captivity for refusing to renounce her Christian faith and convert to Islam.

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) reacted to the situation on Twitter.

He called on God to intervene as he called on Jesus Christ to set all kidnappers on “fire now”.

Pastor Adeboye wrote, “Lord, we ask that you visit the camp of the captors and in a way that You alone can, see to the safe release and return of the missing girl Leah Sharibu in Jesus name.

“Isaiah49:25: But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.

“Every kidnapper in this country by whatever name they are called, please set them on fire right now in the name of Jesus.”

Pastor Adeboye’s reaction comes after the OAP and leader of the free the sheeple movement criticised Nigerian pastors for not saying anything about Leah Sharibu’s situation.

He released an Instagram video on March 22, 2018, saying”…This message is for your G.Os. A while ago, some young ladies were kidnapped and a few days ago, all were returned but one. The one who refused to renounced Jesus and you’ve been mute. You kept quiet.

“If Boko Haram had released a video saying people should stop paying tithe, you would have all come out guns blazing. Is it because this has nothing to do with finance? Haven’t you milked this gospel enough? Aren’t you embarrassed by the tomfoolery our belief system is gradually becoming? Change, change now.”

Right now, Pastor Adeboye appears to be the only cleric who has weighed on on Leah Sharibu’s situation.
