For most of us, the scariest thing is walking alone in a very lonely place in the night, but this video from VitalyzTV gives you another reason to be very afraid.

A blood-soaked chainsaw-wielding psychopath charges towards you - dragging what appears to be a limbless corpse that's still alive and screaming for help.

Star of the video is disabled Nick Santonastasso, who has extremely rare birth defect Hanhart syndrome, where sufferers are born with missing limbs.

Inspirational Nick, from Bayville, New Jersey, was born 100% healthy but has no legs and just one arm.

He said: "There have only been 12 cases in the world where people have had Hanhart syndrome - and eight of them are dead so I'm pretty blessed to be here."

In the clip, Nick is dressed up wearing incredibly realistic fake guts, covered in blood and is seen screaming for help to terrify members of the public.
