Pop star blasts bloggers over alleged cancelled show

The Star Boy music act lashes at bloggers over a false story.

 

Pop superstar Wizkid has blasted bloggers for publishing a story about a cancelled show which he calls fake.

Yesterday (October 26), @mrtawati tweeted about how Wizkid cancelled show at American University in Yola. According to him Wizkid pulled out from the show last minute with no justified reason.

This tweets caused a stir yesterday, with many blogs running with the story. Wizkid now has slammed bloggers for carrying the story with confirming it.

Wizkid and Alicia Keys are set to share a stage.

As a consequence of the success of his Ojuelegba’’ single which has made its way to global acclaimed, Wizkid will be performing as one of the headline acts at the 12th edition of the Keep a Child Alive’s annual Black Ball which will be hosted by Alicia Keys and Chris Rock.

The event which will be held in New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom on November 5, 2015 will also have performances from Lion Babe and others. This year's event is themed; ‘Afrofuturism’.
