Afrobeat singer takes a swipe at African government over marijuana use

The son of late Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, who is currently in the United States of America, took to his Instagram account to chastise the government for not legalizing marijuana smoking or use in the continent.

Afrobeat singer, Seun Kuti has taken a swipe at the government of African countries for not legalizing the use of marijuana in the country.

The son of late Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, who is currently in the United States of America, took to his Instagram account to chastise the government for not legalizing marijuana smoking or use in the continent.

With a post on his Instagram account which shows two sachets of packed marijuana, the singer wrote, 'While the blind government of Africa are still harassing nature and holdin bak the economic potential of marijuana in Africa, this is what's happening in the United States of America. #lifeondroad going on astral travel now. Bak in a....'

Seun recently concluded the first leg of his European tour before moving toNew York in the United States of America.
