"It breaks my heart to see her in pain," momager Kris tells Scott as Kourtney and sisters Kim and Khloé silently cry in the background.
"It's been a really hard time going from like having all of you guys to having nobody," Scott, who was recently spotted cozying up to an 18-year-old, replies. "I f--ked up. I made the worst decision I could have ever made in my life."
