The business mogul used to date Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey a while back and according to madamenoire, he even proposed to her. She turned it down and later married a certain Peter Thomas instead.

Fast forward to 2014, Russell is allegedly dating his ex's step daughter and "Jumping The Broom" actress Porscha Thomas. She is the biological daughter of Cynthia's husband Peter!
