Swiss watch company threatens singer with lawsuit for stealing

Audemars Piquet watch company has fired off a cease and desist letter to Brandy's younger brother to block him from hawking what it calls a "full rip-off" of it's Royal Oak watch

Ray J could get into a lot of legal trouble after been accused of ripping off designs by a top Swiss watch company over the weekend.

Audemars Piquet watche company has fired off a cease and desist letter to Brandy's younger brother to block him from hawking what it calls "a full rip-off" of it's Royal Oak watch.

The watch brand is known to be affiliated with A-List stars like Jay Z, LeBron James and Arnold Schwarzenegger and go for $25,000 a piece.

Meanwhile Ray J's cost only $150 and $500 depending on the design and other accessories.

According to the legal papers filed by Audemars Piquets, the watches have multiple similarities to Ray's designs - including hexagonal screws placed at the corners of an octagon face.

Their legal documents even include tweets from consumers calling out Ray J's watch as a "blatant ripoff."

Audemars gave Ray a deadline of February 3 to yank his watch off the market, but Ray J's manager, David Weintraub, tells us he's pushing forward with the release.

Looks like someone is about to get a beat down in court!
