Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna sent shocking sensation across social media a week ago when they announced they are dating. Fans have been trying to figure out exactly why should these two hook up amid their tensed relationship with the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

28-year-old Rob has been battling weight gain since last year and was recently diagnosed with Type Two Diabetes. His family has not only expressed worry over his health but have admitted he could die from cardiac arrest if care is not taken.
