Liam Hemsworth has rubbished reports that hes engaged to Miley Cyrus despite the pop star still wearing her engagement ring he gave her years ago after the couple reconciled last month.

Rumors of an engagement between the former couple started when the Cyrus started wearing what appeared to be the same engagement ring she got from Liam before their break up in 2013.

In an interview with TV Week on March 31, Hemsworth insists: "I am not engaged, no."

However, its true the pair are definitely back together and were recently spotted in public together for the first time since reports began to surface that they’d rekindled their romance.

The pair were seen enjoying a night with friends and family after attending the LA premiere for 'The Huntsman: Winter’s War'. The handsome actor and singer were pictured hand-in-hand as they left Liam’s brother’s new movie screening.

The Australian actor popped the question to singer Miley back in June 2012, but the pair split in September 2013.
