The 31-year-old reality star, who has often spoken about her gym and workout routine, is now reaping the result transformed right in front of our eyes in recent months.

The reality star, who has about 46.7million fans on Instagram had several comments under the picture, many of them referencing the perfection of her buttocks, and attributing it to medical enhancements.
