Justin Bieber has been sued for $100,000 by a rapper who claims the singer destroyed his cell phone in a nightclub.

Robert Earl Morgan aka Post Marlone claims the incident happened at the Cle nightclub in Houston last month (March, 2016) when the Canadian star showed up and began using him for a joke. Bieber also appeared to have been extinguishing a cigarette on the rapper's arm.

Morgan adds that he took out his cell phone to video tape the singer's actions when Biebs became enraged and grabbed his cellphone and smashed it to pieces.

According to the lawsuit filed by Jason Friedman, Morgan never got his SIM card back, which contained precious memories, including pics of his grandma's 100th birthday party. He says he also lost business contacts and it's eaten into his commission.
