All You Need To Know About Rapper's Sex Tape Scandal

Who that, who that? Probably she's on the wrong side of history!

Australian female rapper Iggy Azelea is in the midst of a huge sex tape scandal and new details uncovered show it might just be true.

Azalea's former boyfriend/manager Hefe Wine claims he has the legal right to sell an alleged sex tape featuring the rapper.

This came after the "Fancy" hitmaker denied being in undefinedThere are also reports that Iggy was under-aged as at the time of the recording.

"I don't have a sex tape but for the record... Anyone who releases or attempts to make profit off someone else's intimate moments against their will is a sex offender... On that note I'm off to get a manicure peaaacccceeeeee outttt *drops the mic", Iggy wrote on Twitter.

However, in a legal document obtained by TMZ Tuesday, Iggy apparently signed a lengthy agreement with him back in 2009 which gives him exclusive rights to "manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise 'any' recording embodying visual images."

According to TMZ, Iggy signed the contract to cut records and music videos, but Wine believes all he has to do is put a music bed under the sex tape which he claims would then give him exclusive rights to sell it. This obviously means he believes Iggy has no legal ability to block a sex tape if he wants to sell it. In addition to the drama, Wine also has the right to create a website and host the recording for public viewership.

Reports say porn company Vivid's CEO Steve Hirsch has approached Iggy with a multi-million dollar offer to buy the footage in order to release it for sale. But Azalea threatened to sue the porn companyif they attach her name to the raunchy video.

The rapper's lawyers have fired off a warning to the company claiming the name 'Iggy' can only be used by the singer.

Despite the sex tape hoax, Iggy and current NBA boyfriend Nick Young reportedly celebrated their one year anniversary at the restaurant where they first met.
