Singer quits Ciroc Nigeria ambassadorial role

D'banj, alongside Banky W, were made ambassadors to Ciroc Nigeria in February 2015.

He made this known via his Instagram and Twitter, to the amazement of fans, who went on to encourage the singer to venture into his own drink production.

The announcement reads, "iambangalee#BreakingNews: D'Banj has decided not to renew his @cirocnigeria endorsement ..."

One of D'banj's fans tweeted his excitement concerning the breaking news of the singer's failure to renew his deal with a funny caption.

D'banj was appointed a brand ambassador to Ciroc, alongside R&B singer, Banky W, in February 2015.

While the latter maintains his position with the Vodka company, D'banj has decided to part ways.
