According to former porn star and Sheen's ex wife, Bree Olsen, Sheen has been lying about telling his sex partners about his HIV status before intercourse, insisting that he never mentioned it to her.

Sadly, his revelations only put him on the spotlight, potentially making him into a target, from exs, and ex sex partners including porn stars, prostitutes, male and female alike.
According to former porn star and Sheen's ex wife, Bree Olsen, Sheen has been lying about telling his sex partners about his HIV status before intercourse, insisting that he never mentioned it to her.

Bree revealed this on "The Howard Stern Show" and was almost in tears as she reacted to Sheen's revelation, and his claim that he'd been above board with everyone.
Olsen was understandably freaked out seeing as she revealed on the show that she was absolutely with Sheen when he was having "night sweats" and was first diagnosed.
On the other hand, during Sheen's interview on the Today's show with hst, Matt Lauer, Sheen confidently said he had only had unprotected sex since his diagnoses with only two women, and both partners had been aware.
According to TMZ, aside from hiding the truth from Olsen, she also claims she and Charlie had unprotected sex, and when it was protected, he insisted on using lambskin condoms, which offer less protection from STDs.
Olsen had earlier revealed via a statement on her website that she was HIV negative and reiterated that all her tests have been negative, but she is mainly upset because her name will forever be linked with HIV because of Sheen.

Iif Olsen's revelation is true, Sheen may actually face jail time to the tune of 6 months to 9 years, for having sex while knowing he was HIV positive, which in punishable in the state of Carlifornia.
