Seyi Shay, Iyabo Ojo turn a year older

One of Nigeria's popular singers and one of Yourba Nollywood's leading actresses have added another year. Whoopie!

Pop singer Seyi Shay and actress Iyabo Ojo have turned a year older today, December 21, 2014.

Seyi Shay who debuted in music scene back in 2011 with her ‘Irawo’ single has become a favourite among fans. Since then, the Nigerian singer has been constantly compared to top female singer Tiwa Savage.

Her latest single ‘Crazy’ featuring pop star Wizkid and another ‘Murda’ has seen her rise above her peers in 2014.

Iyabo Ojo turns 37 today. The popular actress when asked about her most prized possessions often says it is her kids – 13-year-old Priscillia and 15-year-old Festus.

Ojo in April 2014 premiered her movie ‘Silence’ a movie centered on child abuse, its consequences and how one can overcome it.

Later on in the year, she was rumoured to be expecting a third child.
