According to reports the 65-year-old transgender wasn't behind the wheel but her Escalade hit the animal near her home in Malibu.
The star's rep claims Caitlyn was out of town visiting her mother when the accident took place.
However, someone who worked for Jenner was behind the wheel ... she lets her staff use her vehicles when she's gone, source tells TMZ.

Funny enough, Jenner was involved in a fatal car crash earlier this year, also in Malibu. The D.A. ultimately declined to file criminal charges but she's being sued for wrongful death of a woman.
The Escalade's currently in the shop and Jenner is tooling around in her Porsche.
