The 22-year-old aspiring actress Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her Georgia home, she passed away last month after six months in a coma.

According to reports the lawsuit against Bobbi Kristina Brown's partner, Nick Gordon also claims that on the morning she was found unresponsive and face down in a bath tub, Nick had arrived home at six in the morning after "being out all-night on a cocaine and drinking binge.
