Banks took to Twitter Tuesday to discuss Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards hosted by Miley during which Nicki called Cyrus a "b**ch" for dissing her in a New York Times interview when discussing Minaj's bad blood with Taylor Swift. Here's what she had to say:
