Porsche has received a lawsuit from Paul Walker’s father, Paul Walker Sr.

According to Carbuzz,Walker Sr. is claiming the Carrera GT lacked various safety features that could have saved his son’s life.

Porsche is yet to respond.

However, the sports car manufacturer might not react since the company already responded to the first wrongful death claim suit from Meadow Walker,Paul's daughter.

Their response stated that the late actor and friend, Roger Rodas, were at fault for the accident that led to their deaths.

"We believe the authorities' reports in this case clearly establish that this tragic crash resulted from reckless driving and excessive speed."
