Davidos How long featuring Tinashe gets major props from FOX TV series star Taraji P. Henson.

The actress writes on her Instagram page "Anybody who knows me I love music, especially world music!!!. Thank you tymwallavcehair for turning me on to another heater!!!"

Davido obviously elated replies her writing "Big ups Taraji P. Henson Let me bring that African heat to Empire!! One episode is cool for me Lol."

The single off "Son Of Mercy" EP has been receiving rave reviews since its release.

The HKN, DMW  boss and Sony RCA records artist dropped  the 5-track EP a couple weeks back, which sees him attempting to appeal to his African audience as well as an international audience to justify his Sony deal.

The EP contains five tracks with production credits from Shizzi, Spellz,Kiddominant and more. International act Tinashe, Simi and Nasty C are all featured on the project.

Two singles off the album has been released, with 'Gbabe Oshi' and 'How long' already on rotation across the continent

The pop singer has rolled out plans for an European tour to promote his music, and he's to be joined by Lola Rae, Dremo and Mayorkun.
