My Africa podcast interviews co-founder of Jobberman.com, Olalekan Olude. Jobberman.com is one of the biggest job websites in not just Nigeria, but West Africa. The job site was founded by Olalekan Olude, Opeyemi Awoyemi, Ayodeji Adewunmi, who were all friends at the Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Osun state, Nigeria.

Olude explains how they came up with the idea for the business during one of the periods where the university was on strike and how they continued even after school resumed.

The computer engineer also shares the sacrifices he and his partners have had to make to build their business.
