Here are the most popular baby names in every US state

Liam was the most popular name for boys in 15 states in 2016, while Emma was the most popular girls name in 16 states.

William was a very common name for boys in 2016 in the Southeast and Appalachia.

Last week, the Social Security Administration revealed that Noah and Emma were the most popular names for baby boys and girls respectively in 2016.
