A pastor in Kenya has allegedly committed suicide after he was reportedly caught having an extra-marital affair.

Reports say pastor Oywaya had a heated argument with his wife on Saturday before hanging himself in the kitchen

Michael Oywaya , a middle-aged head pastor of the New Apostolic Church, in West Kodumo sublocation, Kabondo Kasipul constituency, was said to have had repeated quarrels with his wife over his alleged adulterous acts.
Reports say pastor Oywaya had a heated argument with his wife on Saturday, January 3 before hanging himself in the kitchen.
His body was found by one of his daughters who raised an alarm immediately.

The corpse has been deposited at the Rachuonyo Level Four Hospital mortuary as police launched an investigation.
