The young boy seemingly between the age of eight to ten, was brutally flogged on the buttocks so much so that it was left with a bloody mess.

The photos show the young child lying on a mat with his short pulled below his swollen buttocks.

Although the reason for the flogging remains unknown, the level of brutality used in teaching discipline was obviously taken overboard.
