Iyanna the daughter of boxing legend Floyd Mayweather has pleaded guilty to stabbing another woman in Cypress.

In April 2020, Iyanna was accused of stabbing another woman and the high-profile case proceeded to court.

Iyanna plead guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon when she went before a judge on October, 17.

According to court documents, Iyan stabbed the woman in the arm several times after a fight broke out in Cypress.

Iyanna Mayweather gets 6 years

The judge has now given a verdict after two years as Iyanna pleaded guilty.

She will serve six years of deferred adjudication and avoid prison as part of the plea agreement.

The arrangement of a deferred adjudication means Iyanna will be under a special form of judge-ordered probation. 

It means there will be no actual conviction placed on record although Iyanna will accept responsibility for the crime.

However, to avoid the prison walls, Iyanna cannot commit any offenses and must report to supervising officer.

Other requirements include attending school full-time of having suitable employment.

She must remain within Harris County or counties touching and unless given permission cannot travel outside the location 

The 22-year-old is a huge supporter of her billionaire father who had an undefeated career and is regarded as one of the greatest boxers ever.
