The Golden State Warriors protected home court to go two up in the series. Dallas failed to take Game three on home court but would bounce back in Game 4.

Doncic was facing elimination in Game four at the American Airlines Center in downtown Dallas, Texas.
He responded with 30 points, 14 rebounds, nine assists, two steals and two blocks to close out the Warriors.
It was Doncic's 17th career 30-point game in his playoffs career. The points mean that the Slovenian guard ties Kevin Durant and Kobe Bryant for the 2nd-most by a player at age 23 or younger all-time.
The Mavericks now force game 5 against the Warriors extending the series as the Eastern Conference is also tied at 2-2 following the Boston Celtics Victory against the Miami Heat.
