Portuguese coach Jose Peseiro has finally reacted to his appointment as the new manager of the Nigeria National football team, Super Eagles.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) earlier this month announced the former Venezuela and Porto boss as the replacement for the former coach, Gernot Rohr.
With the appointment, Peseiro replaces interim boss, Augustine Eguavoen, who was in charge of the Super Eagles at the infamous AFCON 2021 in Cameroon.
Almost two weeks after the Portuguese manager and the NFF put pen to paper, the 62-year-old has finally reacted to his appointment.

The Super Eagles are set for a return to the pitch after crashing out of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
Nigeria will take on Mexico and Ecuador in a double-header clash during a tour of the United States with the new manager, Peseiro, to take charge in what will be his first assignment as Nigeria's coach.
