Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has been voted as the Player of the Month for Match in the Italian Serie A.
The Napoli striker scored four goals in two matches for the Partenopei as he helped his side keep up the chase for the Serie A title with AC Milan and Inter Milan.
Osimhen's goals won all six points for Napoli as they picked up two wins and one loss in three league matches in the month under review.
His consecutive braces against Hellas Verona and Udinese secured twin 2-1 victories for Luciano Spalletti's side, meaning he scored 100% of Napoli's goals in March.
Osimhen's brace against Udinese was a record-breaking feat, scoring the 70,000th and 70,001st goals in the Italian Serie A.
The 23-year-old stri8ker is expected to lead the line for the Super Eagles as they go in search of a World Cup ticket against the Black Stars of Ghana for the return leg of the much-acclaimed 'Jollof Derby' at the Moshood Abiola Stadium.
