Italian striker Ciro Immobile has made bold predictions concerning the highest goalscorer award in the Italian Serie A for the 2022/23 season.
The Lazio forward ranked all top strikers in the Italian league with representatives from all top clubs including Juventus, Inter Milan, AC Milan, Roma, Napoli, and Atalanta.
Immobile also ranked Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen amongst the strikers to score the most goals but not at the top of the table.
Lukaku has anger to score - Immobile
Immobile, who won the highest goalscorer award in the Italian Serie A last season with 27 goals, posited that no striker would match his 2021/22 goal tally during the current season.

Osimhen headlines the list of Super Eagles stars in the Champions League
In an interview with DAZN as reported by Football Italia, the 32-year-old forward tipped Inter Milan returnee Romelu Lukaku to be the highest-scoring striker in the league with 20 - 25 goals.
Immobile said: "Lukaku I think will score between 20 and 25 goals, also because he has a lot of anger inside him. Lautaro? Well, either he’ll do one or the other, so I think between 13 and 18.
“Vlahovic? He’ll exceed 20 goals. Milan? Between Giroud, Origi and Rebic they will hit 30. Jovic? In my opinion no more than 15."
Osimhen to not score 20 goals - Immobile
With Lukaku and Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic tipped to pass the 20 goals mark, Immobile predicted that Super Eagles striker Osimhen would narrowly miss hitting that threshold this season.
The former Torino star stated that Osimhen would bag an exact 19 goals this season while Roma's Tammy Abraham would score between 15 - 20 goals.
“Osimhen? I’m playing a specific number, 19 goals. I really like him as a striker," Immobile asserted.
"Zapata and Muriel? Between 25 and 30 together. Abraham? If he can put up the same numbers as last year we should start talking about a great striker. He can be between 15 and 20.”
By the Lazio striker's prediction, Osimhen is billed to finish as the third or fourth highest goalscorer in the Italian Serie A this season, with Lukaku and Vlahovic tipped to finish ahead of the Napoli striker.
However, the Lazio striker did not comment on how many goals he is aiming to score this season.
