Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has drawn comparisons with Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo after a quick start to the 2022/23 season.
Osimhen has scored two (2) goals in just two matches in the Italian Serie A this season, finding the back of the net in matches against Hellas Verona and Monza.
Osimhen's goals have helped Napoli to two straight wins and top of the Serie A table ahead of Inter Milan and AS Roma on goal difference.

Commenting on Osimhen's early season form, Italian journalist Bruno Giordano highlighted the positives in the Nigerian international's style.

As reported by calcionapoli, Giordano stated that the Super Eagles striker is an incredible forward player as he scores as well as creates chances for his teammates.
Giordano said: "We are talking about an incredible player and we are not discovering him now. He opens gaps for his teammates, walks the defences and then scores.
"He does not give up and is always the protagonist. He plays every ball as if it were the one of life."

The former Napoli striker went further to state the most important feature of Osimhen's skill set, highlighting that the Nigerian international is very good with his head.
Giordano sensationally claimed that the Super Eagles striker is better at heading the ball than current Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo.
While speaking on Osimhen's best attribute, Giordano said: "The header. In this fundamental he is even stronger than Cristiano Ronaldo.
"His only problem can be linked to the injuries that have tormented him in these first two years at Napoli. Then he can improve a bit in his shooting, especially with his left foot."
Osimhen finished the 2021/22 season as Napoli's highest goalscorer, bagging 18 goals and six (6) assists in all competitions despite missing up to two weeks due to injury.
