Teenager steals from church, faces 10 years in prison

An 18-year-old was arrested in Wisła, suspected of two thefts. On the same day, he allegedly stole a woman's wallet and robbed money from the church's piggy bank. Afterwards he went to dinner.

Police officers from Wisła received a report about the theft of a wallet with payment cards and documents. Law enforcement officers determined that the same perpetrator was probably also responsible stealing from the church piggy bank, which occurred on the same day.

An 18-year-old man suspected of theft was arrested in a restaurant where he was eating a meal.

After the arrest of the 18-year-old, investigators determined that the man had committed more crimes. In total, he was charged with seven charges of theft and burglary, which affected as many as nine victims.

He faces up to 10 years in prison

The young man will stand trial for the crimes he committed. He will be responsible for a number of crimes, including burglary and illegal use of ATM cards. He faces a penalty of up to 10 years in prison.
