Gregory Afoko's case adjourned to July 10

An magistrate court in Accra has set July 10, 2015 for ruling on a bail application for the accused persons alleged to have murdered the Upper East regional chairman of the NPP Adams Mahama.

The two, Gregory Afoko who has been charged with murder and Musah Issah who is also facing charges of abetment of murder have been in police custody since their arrest in May 2015.

The Judge, Worlanyo Kotoku explained that the ruling was ready and that by it would be ready and delivered on Friday, July 10, 2015.

One of the accused persons, Gregory Afoko told the Judge he was not well and the state prosecutor on the case, was absent from court.

The two were arrested after the Upper East NPP regional chairman Adams Mahama was showered with acid leading to his death.
