In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD tackles a big blackhead that looks like a belly button. The growthwhich is actually a type of blackhead called a dilated pore of Wineris super stubborn and sticky, making for a removal to remember.

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes a small incision across the length of the belly button-like blackhead to give its compacted contents an avenue of escape. She then uses a comedone extractor and gloved fingers to squeeze and press the skin concern. With some persistence and force, the famed derm is able to drag the dilated pore of Winer out of the patients skin. But it certainly puts up a fight.

Thats a stubborn one! one fan commented on the video. It sure was.

A dilated pore of Winer is essentially a large blackhead compacted in a single enlarged pore surrounded by normal skin. This means the large crater left behind by the extraction in this video is actually a single pore that has been stretched from the contents gathering inside. It's truly wild.
