Her passion for patient care led her into becoming a healthcare provider and owing her charity organization. She’s the Author of the book “Grace found me”, Also, the founder and CEO of a multi-million dollars company Juongerald Services and a Mental-Health Advocate. She wrote a book on her journey about surviving mental health and depression. You can learn a lot from her book.

Depression is known as major depressive disorder which is a mental health disorder that negatively affects how a person feels, think or acts. Depression kills slowly. You need to seek help immediately once you notice you’re depressed. According to “World Population review “The Global Health Date Exchange estimates that 251-310 million people worldwide suffer from depression. While depression is common, it also fortunately treatable.

The questions are what are the real causes of depression? Where does depression start from? Who do you talk to without been ashamed? How can it be treated? What are the steps to take detect early stages of depression? The question goes on and on.

Do you sometimes feel like you’re lost through life? Have you ever felt like things happening around you have no explanations, and you feel lonely and have no idea what exactly your life would turn out to be in the nearest future? Do you feel like you’ve failed and people looking up to you have lost hope in you? Are you one of those living through life by the day and hoping that one day, life will turn out perfect? If you’re looking for ways to be more satisfied and conscious in your everyday activities including at work or with friends and family, my book is what you need to get you on track.

You’ll need to be very conscious of your environment and people you surround yourself with. Energy they say is contagious. Once you can get your mind right, every other thing turns out right. You need to be fully involved and in control over your life and make everyday count.

My book #GRACE FOUND ME will teach you the dos and don’ts about life to keep your mind stable and at ease during difficult and challenging times.

I wrote this book dedicating it to God, my parents and siblings. Most times, when people operate by their power at their lowest stage in life and they get confused about who they truly are. They lose their identity with Christ, and they become distracted, unsatisfied, uninspired, lazy, and hopeless. Because their minds aren’t channeled with their purpose, they lose focus and fail big.

A lot of people mistake mindfulness for egocentric which makes them focus more on themselves and not the people around them, people you communicate with, trust and share your thoughts with.

We define consciousness as Mastering your mind. Very short definition with a lot of weight. Mastering the people, you surround yourself with (this includes friends, spouses, and so on) and your physical environment. Being aware of your emotions, and thoughts. Making deliberate, intelligent, and careful decisions. Form the habit of maintaining a positive mindset regardless of the circumstances. Be focus on the positive things in life and abstain from negative energies. Having a rational and accurate idea of reality. I own a multi-Million-dollar company. I make 6 figures working in the hospital along medically assisting well experienced medical doctors, supporting work of physicians, physician assistants and other health professionals, working as a Professional Agile coach (Scrum) in Project Management and a student. I acquired my bachelor’s degree in Economics and transitioned into the health care field. Studying entrepreneurship in Harvard, running a charity organization, and embarking on many more beautiful projects can only be by God’s grace.

Writing my book is about creating awareness on how your mind can build you or destroy you. How you can be very conscious of your environment. Remember you cannot achieve success alone but only by the help of GOD ALMIGHTY. Use the PHQ-9 as a guide to check in and out with your mood.

As a compassionate professional healthcare worker, I’ve acquired great skills and valuable life experiences that can be very beneficial to people at large. I can be your life coach and mentor. I can train you on mastering your mind. Use your life experiences to build up your success story by failing forward. Follow my Instagram handle @iamjudithonuwa and pre-order your copies of my book. Let’s keep fighting the disease and stigma of mental health and depression together.
