8 red kale leaves
1 large beet (beetroot)
1 bunch of parsley
2 celery sticks
1 lemon
Directions
Wash all produce well.
Peel lemon and beet (optional).
Juice all produce and enjoy!

Beet – carrot, sweet potato, radish, red cabbage
Parsley – mint
Celery – zucchini, celeriac
Lemon – lime, grapefruit
