It’s not quite a juice or a smoothie it’s both, so let’s call it a Juioothie! This was gotten from "Reboot with Joe" who loves both juice and smoothies. This taste like a green juice with coconut water and blueberries. It has the benefits of the concentrated nutrients from the green juice plus the whole berries and the electrolyte rich coconut water! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) coconut water
- 4 – 6 kales leaves (Tuscan cabbage leaves)
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 zucchini (courgette)
- 1 cucumber
- 4 strawberries
- 1/2 cup (75 g) blueberries 1 handful of ice
