This juice is also great for those who need to modify their raw cruciferous veggies intake (kale, Brussels sprouts, cabbage) as it contains arugula instead of a cruciferous green vegetables. Enjoy this juice on a warm day, in place of a snack or as part of a meal.
Ingredients
1 ½ apples
1 handful of arugula (rocket)
½ cucumber
3 celery stalks
1 zucchini (courgette)
1 in (2.5 cm) piece of ginger
Directions
Wash all produce well.
Add ingredients through the juicer, start with the apple, then the ginger and arugula, and finish with the celery, cucumber and zucchini.
Serve and enjoy!
