So, next time you make your favorite smoothie try adding a jalapeno, it may just be the extra kick you’re looking for.

Ingredients

1 cup (235 ml) coconut water

1 – 2 bananaa

4-5 leaves of Kale

2 clementines

1 large jalapeno

Directions

Peel banana and oranges.

Cut jalapeno in half and remove seeds  (keep the seeds if you’re feeling adventurous and like more spice).

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 45 – 60 seconds.

Serve and enjoy.
