The BATN Wednesday 15 May celebrated two Decades of Empowering Rural Nigeria through Agriculture and human Development.
This activity was in commemoration of its achievements in the support of rural farmers across the nation. The Lagos State commissioner of Agriculture Ruth Abisola ably represented by Emmanuel Audu spoke on Lagos State being the Pace Setters as regards support for rural farming and has promised continuous support for the next project.
The Board Chairperson Adebisi Lamikanra thanked everyone for supporting BATN foundation over the years, she also called on stakeholders to partner with the foundation for the empowerment and sustainability of the next rural project .
With over 1.7 million beneficiaries over the past two decades, the General Manager Oludare Odusanya invited stake holders to come join in the partnership and Empowerment of Rural Nigeria.
Past Board Members and Care taker committee members were presented with Awards as the BATN looks forward to planting over 300 trees and empowering 30,000 beneficiaries, provision of clean and portable drinking water over the next five years.
