Ndani TV's 'Skinny Girl In Transit' is Back! Season 6 of the web series titled 'Surprises' premiered on YouTube a few hours ago to the delight of teeming fans. So, what's been up with our fave couple, Tiwa and Mide?

The SGIT season kicked off with a scintillating pregnancy tease. For a few seconds, the audience is left on the edge with real hopes of a baby Macaulay. Adjusting to the bubble-burster isn't so hard, thanks to the quick reintroduction of Mama Tiwa (Ngozi Nwosu). The Awosika matriarch is still as formidable as she was in the series' first episode.

Unfortunately for Shalewa ( Sharon Ooja) , Tiwa (Abimbola Craig)'s absence means more trouble. It's a smooth sail from Mama Tiwa to Shalewa and Mohammed (Timini Egbuson).

For Tiwa, much hasn't changed asides being married and moving house. Tiwa is still about the weight loss life. There's absolutely no reason to love her less. She's still fiercely opinionated; one of the reasons she remains one of Ndani TV series' favorite characters.

It's still raining men for Didi ( Bisola Aiyeola). The season opens for her with a lunch date with a character played by Big Brother Africa star, Tayo Faniran . Sadly, his cameo scene ends on a final note, suggesting that Tayo might not be getting more screen time.

Away from the excitement of the season's premiere, the episode is very vocal with its feminism theme. The idea is introduced early in the show with Bisola and Tayo's characters and their brief conversation on gender roles and the feminism trend. It's continued with Mide (Ayoola Ayolola) and Tiwa's talk about dumping her maiden surname.

Derin ( Beverly Naya) seems to be the only one not in the Valentine spirit as her love bug, Chris (Nick Mutuma) is missing in action.

The show ends on a perfect note for fans with the special announcement. "My baby is having a baby". The Macaulays are 8 weeks pregnant!
