Omagbemi beji-faith Omajuwa known for her popular Yoruba movie "Omi Agbere" starring Ibrahim Chatta, Femi Branch, and Bimpe Akintunde.
Omajuwa completed her physical master's program at the KAP Film and Television Academy in association with the University of Southern California (USC) School of Cinematic Arts and Netflix, established by renowned Nigerian filmmaker Kunle Afolayan.
The KAP Film and Television Academy is a film production educational institution that provides aspiring filmmakers with industry knowledge through a comprehensive curriculum and hands-on learning from seasoned industry professionals.
Also at the graduation, the founder of the academy – Mr. Kunle Afolayan cautioned the students to put to good use the skills they’ve learned, asked them to be meticulous in their work and pay attention to the smallest details when practicing what they’ve learned because filmmaking is an art that requires adequate attention to details, consistency, and deep thinking
He continued by outlining the significance of sound in cinema and how it may convey to viewers both the strongest and weakest feelings, such as tension, anxiety, fear, joy, and fury.
Even while the audience is seeing, their senses are being further stimulated by what they hear. Put another way, films are works of art that are best appreciated in their entirety. Therefore, regardless of how minor the effort or process may seem, every step in the filmmaking process is equally significant and cannot be skipped.
Omajuwa shared a post on her Instagram page to thank God for completing the program and now a certified movie producer.
