A graduate of Mass Communication, Adeaga wears multiple capes from TV host to skit maker, fashion designer and actress.

Born Bukunmi Adeaga in the Oyo state capital, Ibadan, the 31 year-old content creator began her as a TV host before moving on to skit making, a transition she says she owes to Talent Manager Mayowa Adenekan.

"Growth is a beautiful thing. I can literally tell you that the progression of those movies from 2019 to 2022 and every piece of content that I have created is a succession of change. I had lots of great ideas, but I was limited due to poor marketing strategies until I met Mayowa Adenekan. Therefore, one of the greatest changes that happened to me was putting together a proactive management team.

"Meeting him was a game changer for me. I became popular after every skit and movie. He is the brain behind most of my publicity campaigns and marketing concepts. He will literally drag you into the limelight with his marketing strategies.

" Mayowa is very skilled; I honestly don’t know where he draws his strength from. I believe this just the beginning of the great things that we are going to achieve together, " she concludes.

Acting, according to the actress had always been a dream. It has also helped her perfect her onscreen comic personality 'Kiekie'.

"So far, I have featured in a lot of Nollywood movies in the past some of which include ‘Flatline’, produced in 2019, Okoto Series , ‘Mimi’ in 2021," where I played the character Kiekie. My latest project is ‘A Simple Lie', scheduled to be in the cinemas on March 22nd, 2022”.

Looking back, the Ibadan-born actress says her journey may still be at it's starting point but its everything she dreamed of achieving.

"I’m always filled with excitement every time I look back at when I started my journey as a content creator. I was not exactly a novice. I was a  woman with many great  ideas who was determined to create content at all cost”.

My most notable film role is probably in the Big Sam Olatunji directed 'Mimi'. The actress recounts how much the film resonates with her.

" 'Mimi' is a drama that resonates with my style. It holds one of my proudest moments, acting alongside so many great Nollywood stars. "

When she is not acting or creating content, the actress' interest in fashion rises to the occasion.
