In the debut episode of Purple Stardust’s podcast - Culture Connect, titled “Music and Marketing: Two peas in a pod”; the guest, Afrobeats leading A&R and member of the Recording Academy; Gracey Mae revealed that the highest amount one of the artistes she manages has ever received was a down payment of $750,000 for a brand deal.
She noted that while this might sound like a mind-blowing figure, with the right amount of brand building, nothing is impossible.
