Cameroonian talk show "Freaky Table" debuts its highly anticipated 3rd season today, filmed entirely in the cultural melting pot of Nigeria.
This groundbreaking season underscores the natural transition of the show to Nigeria, emphasising the profound similarities and deep connections between Cameroon and Nigeria. As people who have similar tastes in food, music, fashion, temperament, and a passionate love for soccer, "Freaky Table" celebrates our unity and cultural kinship. With its roots in Cameroon, the show understands and highlights the rich tapestry of cultures and shared experiences that bind us together, resonating across both nations and the continent.
The premiere episode features Ambassador Tambari Genevieve Fadeh, ECOWAS Youth Ambassador and owner of the popular food vendor, U Don Chop Lagos, who will share insights on the challenges and joys of finding a partner and navigating marriage. Watch here:
In addition to exploring marriage dynamics, the show will tackle thought-provoking topics such as "Daddy Issues," "DNA Drama: Should it be a hospital requirement?", "Cross Dressing in Comedy," "Religion in Showbiz: How fame survives?", and a discussion on the AMVCAs titled "Popularity Contest or Award for Excellence?".
Hosted by Cameroonian TV host and producer Joan Ngomba and Nigerian media personality Charles Born, the show promises a unique blend of professionalism, wit, sarcasm, and humor, as they explore the diverse cultures of Nigeria. Viewers can expect to meet some of their favorite Nigerian personalities throughout the season including Nigerian music stars WAJE and Praiz, social media influencers Miz Gabbie and Lexie Armani, actress Idia Aisien, and media personalities Pelumi Buari and Amanda Dara.

"After two successful seasons filmed in Cameroon, we decided to take the show on the road and explore different cultures across Africa, starting with our neighboring country Nigeria. We want to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation for the shared traditions that bind us together as a continent."
